In-Store and Online Purchases

At The House of Indu, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We strive to provide the best shopping experience both in-store and online. Please read our refund and cancellation policy carefully.

Exchange Policy:

  • We do not offer returns or refunds on any purchases.
  • We only provide exchanges for items within 7 days of the purchase date.
  • Items must be in their original condition, unused, and with all original tags and packaging intact.
  • Proof of purchase is required for all exchanges.

In-Store Customers:

  • Customers are requested to thoroughly check the product for any damages or defects before making a purchase.
  • If damage is found after purchase, the product is not eligible for exchange or return.
  • We conduct a quality check on every product to ensure it meets our high standards.

Process for Exchange:

  1. In-Store Purchases:

    • Bring the item you wish to exchange to any of our store locations within 7 days of purchase.
    • Ensure the item is in its original condition with tags and packaging.
    • Provide the original receipt or proof of purchase.
  2. Online Purchases:

    • Contact our support team at support@thehouseofindu.com within 7 days of receiving your order to initiate an exchange.
    • Provide your order number and details of the item you wish to exchange.
    • Ship the item back to us in its original condition, with tags and packaging. Shipping costs for exchanges are the responsibility of the customer.
    • Once we receive and inspect the item, we will process the exchange and send out the new item.

Conditions for Exchange:

  • Items purchased during sale events or with promotional discounts are not eligible for exchange.
  • Exchanges are subject to availability of the requested item. If the item is not available, a store credit may be issued.

International Shipping:

  • No Returns or Exchanges: We do not accept returns or exchanges for international shipping.
