Exchange Policy:
- We do not offer returns or refunds on any purchases.
- We only provide exchanges within 7 days of the purchase or delivery date.
- Items must be in their original condition, unused, and with all original tags and packaging intact.
- A valid invoice or proof of purchase is required for all exchanges.
- Exchanges are subject to product availability.
Items Not Eligible for Exchange:
The following items cannot be exchanged:
- Products purchased during sale or promotional offers
- Customized or altered products
- Products damaged due to misuse or improper handling
- Items without original tags, packaging, or invoice
Exchange Process:
For In-Store Purchases
- Visit any authorized The House of Indu store within 7 days.
- Carry the original bill or proof of purchase.
- Ensure the product is unused and in original packaging.
For Online Purchases
- Contact our support team within 7 days of receiving your order.
- Share your order number and exchange request details.
- Customers are responsible for shipping the product back for exchange.
- Once the item passes quality inspection, the exchange will be processed.
International Orders
- We currently do not offer exchanges, returns, or refunds on international orders.
