In-Store and Online Purchases

At The House of Indu, we are committed to providing a seamless shopping experience. Please read our exchange policy carefully before making a purchase.

Exchange Policy:

  • We do not offer returns or refunds on any purchases.
  • We only provide exchanges within 7 days of the purchase or delivery date.
  • Items must be in their original condition, unused, and with all original tags and packaging intact.
  • A valid invoice or proof of purchase is required for all exchanges.
  • Exchanges are subject to product availability.

Items Not Eligible for Exchange:

The following items cannot be exchanged:

  • Products purchased during sale or promotional offers
  • Customized or altered products
  • Products damaged due to misuse or improper handling
  • Items without original tags, packaging, or invoice

Exchange Process:

For In-Store Purchases

  • Visit any authorized The House of Indu store within 7 days.
  • Carry the original bill or proof of purchase.
  • Ensure the product is unused and in original packaging.

For Online Purchases

  • Contact our support team within 7 days of receiving your order.
  • Share your order number and exchange request details.
  • Customers are responsible for shipping the product back for exchange.
  • Once the item passes quality inspection, the exchange will be processed.

International Orders

  • We currently do not offer exchanges, returns, or refunds on international orders.
